- Language Arts and Reading - shared ways to evaluate and revise a persuasive essay, listened for rhyming words in poems and wrote an acrostic poem
- Math - identified equivalent fractions, and compared fractions, and played fraction games to practice the new concepts
- Science - explained the scientific meaning of work, and described wheel-and-axle, pulleys, and lever simple machines. We also made a pencil see-saw to show how a lever can work
- Social Studies - reflected and discussed how the business went yesterday. The students calculated their profits and tried to find ways of how they could improve their business to make more profits next time.
