G'day everybody!
We had a fun morning working on Read to Self and Work on Writing stamina. The students are doing an excellent job in the Daily 5 working towards independence.
We played a fun review game in Science to prepare for the quiz tomorrow. There will be 2 parts: written and hands-on (using PlayDoh).
The students practiced solving problems that have more than one step in Math. Students worked together to solve problems and present them to me.
We did not have Reading today as the teachers had a Professional Development meeting. The students were rehearsing for Mass on Tuesday.
HOMEWORK:
1) Math p. 63 - please show all your work. 5 points given for each question.
2) Study for Science quiz and Spelling Test
3) Reading Log - just a reminder that you can use your text books as an entry into the log
NOTICES:
1) Pizza Day for the BLUE TEAM tomorrow. YAY!
2) first day for electives in quarter 3 is also tomorrow
3) Scholastic orders have been sent out, please return by Tuesday.
