Welcome to the weekend, and I hope everyone had a great week.
Today in Language Arts, we had our spelling test, and worked with the 'be' verb in the past and present tense.
We went outside to investigate ecosystems during Science. Students had to find living and non-living things interacting in a small area.
Math class consisted of some review work with ordered pairs (playing Battleship), and the students were also given a take-home Chapter 6 quiz.
HOMEWORK:
1) Math chapter 6 quiz
2) Science investigation p. 163-164 (we started it in class, so most of it is complete already)
3) English workbook p. 50 or 51 (you can complete both pages if you wish)
Please return the Math quizzes and spelling test booklets when finished reviewing.
NEXT WEEK QUIZZES:
- Math - take home quiz for the weekend
- Social Studies - Wednesday (Unit 3, Chapter 5)
- Language Arts - Thursday (Verbs Unit - Lessons 1-8, and 11)
