In our nice and cool classroom this morning, the students wrote their exam on pronouns. Following the exam was math where we measured and compared weights in ounces (oz) and pounds (lbs).
Science was the highlight of the day as we got to make ooze and discuss its characteristics. Is it a liquid or solid? Feel free to do this messy experiment at home anytime you want. Just add water to corn starch. You can add food coloring to make it more exciting!
Reading and Phonics did not happen today as it was the teacher's PD Day and we had a meeting for that class.
Congratulations to Fiona for winning the Easter Egg decorating competition in Grade 3. Fiona is quite the artist - great job, Fiona.
